Ingredients
- 1 box Chocolate cake mix $2.00 - $3.50
- 1 pack Instant chocolate pudding $1.00 - $2.50
- 4 large Eggs $1.00 - $1.50
- 1 cup Sour cream $1.50 - $2.50
- ½ cup Vegetable oil $0.50 - $1.00
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract $0.25 - $0.75
- 1 cup Chocolate chips $2.00 - $3.00
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a bundt pan.
- In a large bowl, mix the cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, sour cream, vegetable oil, milk, and vanilla extract.
- Beat with a hand mixer for 2 minutes until smooth.
- Fold in chocolate chips gently.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Serve warm, dusted with powdered sugar, or with a drizzle of chocolate ganache.
